Our agent will pick you up from the train or airport in Aswan and drive you to board your 4-day Roya Ruby Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor in a specially designed air-conditioned car. Before lunch, you will board the boat and begin your Aswan excursions to the Aswan High Dam, built in 1960 to shield Egypt from the Nile River's yearly floods.

Visit the Unfinished Obelisk as part of your ongoing explorations in Aswan. This red granite is renowned for having been used in numerous well-known structures, including the Valley Temple of King Chephren and the Pyramid of Mycerinus, both of which you may view on your tour of the Giza Pyramids. The most well-known obelisk is related to Queen Hatshepsut, the first female ruler of Egypt in history. She was the wife of King Tuthmosis II and one of the queens who ruled during the 18th dynasty during the new kingdom. There is currently no proof to support the theory put up by some that this obelisk is connected to Queen Nefertiti, the wife of King Akhenaten.

Proceed with your Aswan excursions to see the Temple of Philae, which honors the goddess of magic, Goddess Isis. Moved from Philae Island to Agilika Island as a result of the construction of the High Dam, the Temple of Philae is devoted to her. Once you've transferred back to the cruise ship, eat supper while sipping on the captain's welcome drink.

Meals: Lunch, Dinner

Before embarking on your trip to see the Kom Ombo Temple of Sobek, which is an odd structure with two entrances, two hypostyle chambers, and two shrines, enjoy breakfast on board the cruise ship. This is due to the fact that it is devoted to two ancient Egyptian gods: Sobek, the local crocodile-headed deity and one of the wicked figures in ancient Egyptian mythology, is worshipped in the right temple, while the left half is dedicated to the falcon god Haroeris, which is also known as Horus the Old or Great.

Lunch is served while cruising to Edfu on the cruise ship.
Next, proceed to the Temple of Edfu, which honors the god Horus, the son of Osiris and guardian of monarchy. Known as the House of Ra during the pharaonic era, it is the best-preserved temple in Egypt. Dinner will be served on board as you cruise near Luxor.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Breakfast in the morning on the stunning Royal Ruby Nile Cruise. After lunch, visit the Luxor Temple, which dates back to the New Kingdom. Amenhotep III, who constructed the inside of the temple, and Ramses II, who finished it, were two of the greatest pharaohs in the history of ancient Egypt. They were connected to the Karnak Temple by an avenue of sphinxes. Proceed with your Luxor east bank excursions to see the Temple of Karnak, which was the most important religious site in ancient Egypt, particularly during the New Kingdom. Like previous Egyptian temples, the primary temple was devoted to the worship of the deity Amun, but other deities were also there and were worshipped. After dinner on the cruise ship, spend the night in Luxor

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

On the 5-star Royal Ruby Nile cruise, have your final breakfast. Following your disembarkation, begin your fascinating west bank tours of Luxor by touring the Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs were interred during the New Kingdom. The rulers of the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties were interred in rock-cut tombs hidden from would-be thieves, unlike the pharaohs of the ancient kingdom who favored being interred in enormous buildings known to the Greeks as "Pyramids."

Take a tour of the majestic Temple of Hatshepsut, which was constructed by her lover, the renowned architect Senmout. Queen Hatshepsut governed Egypt during the 18th dynasty, and her temple is the most massive of its sort in all of Egypt.

The Colossi of Memnon, two enormous sculptures of King Amenhotep III, are situated on the west bank of the Nile, south of the massive Theban necropolis and close to Medinet Habu. This is your next destination. Our assistance will subsequently come to an end upon your transfer to the airport, train station, or any other desired drop-off place inside Luxor.
